spreadsheet for over forty years to keep the Sales and Operations teams on the same page.

This tool allows you to maintain a rolling twelve-month plan of the projected sales by

month against the planned production for the key SKUs. It also shows comparisons

between the new unit forecast from sales and the most recent actual activity.
