Due Diligence Checklist

During my career as a public company executive, interim CEO and angel investor, I have performed due diligence on well over four hundred companies. They have ranged in size from startups with no sales to public companies with $250 million in revenue. During that time I used several different checklists to guide the investigation. I have compiled the most salient issues into this spreadsheet. Every function in the organization is represented with a total of 453 questions. This checklist is a good starting point to build your own list to serve your market segment and acquisition goals.
