Inventory Planning Model

At one point I managed seven companies across North America. While there was minimal product overlap they all served the same market segment within the medical device sector. I was given the task of reducing inventory by fifty percent within a year. To understand what was possible I created this model. It provides a section to calculate an inventory target and one to enter the actual inventory each month.
