Performance Review NonExempt

To fairly evaluate employees, they should be measured with performance attributes common to all similar job functions.  This form provides a standardized method of creating performance reviews for Non-Exempt employees. Also provided is a guidance section at the bottom to share what the objective evidence of performance will be used in making the evaluation.
