Performance Review Nonexempt

To fairly evaluate employees, they should be measured with performance attributes common to all similar job functions.  This form provides a standardized method of creating performance reviews for Non-Exempt employees. Also provided is a guidance section at the bottom to define the objective evidence of performance that will be used in the perfomance evaluation.
