Quarterly Business Review Master Slides

At the close of each quarter, I asked the General Managers from each company to come to our head office and participate in a business review with their peers. The CEO and the executive were invited to attend if they were in town. I developed a standard set of slides covering each of the key metrics needed to understand the health and issues with each division. Each manager had thirty minutes to present their slides. At the end we discussed issues that were common among them and often appointed several of them to study an issue and report back tom the group.
