Supplier Questionnaire

Qualifying new suppliers is an essential part of any manufacturing organization. Most companies have implemented an ISO Standard Quality System. This one is biased towards a medical device system which often requires additional elements from other companies. This questionnaire has ten pages and covers all the elements of a certified quality system. Due to the ever-changing regulations and a fit up to your specific industry some additions and or deletions may be needed.
